This right granted under Chapter 723, Florida Statutes gives homeowners the opportunity to purchase the community by executing a contract with the park owner within 45 days from the date of the mailing of the notice.

That is a short period of time, and each day that passes makes it more difficult for the homeowners to secure their opportunity to purchase.
